HealthNomics™ Programs:

Runner Performance + Injury prevention Program:

Includes a running gait analysis (digitized), an evaluation of your musculoskeletal system, (2) hour sessions of manual therapy, a customized strengthening protocol to help you avoid injuries/pain and to help maximize your performance

Back Pain protocol

Includes an Evaluation of your spine and surrounding structures, (3) 1 hour manual therapy sessions, and (2) customized home exercise program during the initial stage and a progression stage.

Therapeutic Sessions:

Does your neck and upper back feel tension and discomfort after a long day of work? Do you feel stressed and want to have a program catered to melting away your stress? If so, therapeutic sessions are for you.

Includes (5) 1 hour sessions which include spine mobilizations, soft tissue massage to your areas of discomfort, a lumbar heat a vibration belt, CBD oils to help you relax, cupping, and compression boot for your arms or legs.

Cancellation Policy and Tardiness Policy

24 hour cancellation policy

Please call me at least 24 hours ahead in order to reschedule.

Example: If you have an appointment Friday at 2 PM, you MUST notify me Thursday by 2 PM in order to reschedule your appointment. If you pass the 2PM window, there is no refund available.

The policy is in place to ensure availability for all clientele.

Tardiness Policy

If you have scheduled an appointment from 3 PM to 4 PM, it is imperative that you arrive to your session 10 minutes early. I work hourly with clients. If you arrive at 3:05/3:15, you still have until 4 PM. You will still be charged for the hourly rate.

This policy is in place to deliver optimal individualized care during your session. Tardiness only affects your scheduled block so please arrive on time so that we can maximize your session.
